AP Parpro Inc., assembles cables, cable harnesses and metal components, a competence that does not belong to the core business of the Kontron Group. Kontron hereby made a further step towards the strategic focus of its core competences - the global embedded computing business with higher-margin systems and solutions. The sale of AP Parpro Inc., including the manufacturing facility based in Mexico, is a management buy-out of 100% shares. The purchasing price of about 7,5 Mio. USD will additionally improve working capital of Kontron Group.
