FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, England has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following: On 18 September 2009 FIL Investment Management Limited fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that date, FIL Investment Management Limited held 4,95 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 2,753,868 voting rights.
