The provider of technology and services for manufacturers of solar cells and solar silicon has almost quadrupled its revenue to EUR 67.7 million in the first three months of 2008 compared with the previous year period. Total output leapt to EUR 68.0 million compared with EUR 16.8 million in the first quarter of 2007. Operating earnings (EBIT) rose to EUR 8.5 million (previous year: EUR - 38,000). The EBIT margin relative to total output of 12.5 percent was also significantly above the previous year's level (-0.2 percent). The order book of EUR 677.4 million as of March 31, 2008 underpins the company's growth objectives.
