HUGIN NEWS/Voting rights: Q-Cells AG: Publication pursuant to §26 sect.1 WpHG with the aim of pan-European distribution

On 06 December 2007, the BlackRock Group notified us pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 24 WpHG that on 03 December 2007 the percentage holding of the voting rights in Q-Cells AG held by BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, and BlackRock Holdco 1. LLC, New York, USA, each fell below the threshold of 3 % and is now 2.96 % each (2,347,347 voting shares). All of the voting rights are each attributable to them pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sentence 2 WpHG respectively. BlackRock Holdco 1.
