Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der Von Roll Holding AG haben beschlossen, den Bilanzgewinn von CHF 84`032`304 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen und dem Vorschlag des Verwaltungsrats, für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 keine Dividende auszuschütten, ihre Zustimmung erteilt. Den Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrats und der Konzernleitung wurde für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 die Entlastung erteilt. Herr Gerd Peskes wurde für eine weitere statutarische Amtsdauer von drei Jahren als Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats wiedergewählt. Dem Antrag des Verwaltungsrats zur Wiederwahl der Deloitte AG, Zürich, als Revisionsstelle für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurde stattgegeben. Zudem haben die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre dem Begehren der Aktionärsgruppe von Finck betreffend die Einführung eines statutarischen Opting out zugestimmt.
