The 180,000 new shares will be issued based on an according authorisation in § 4 clause 4 b) of the articles of incorporation excluding the buying option of shareholders at a face value of EUR 23.50 per share. In October 2010, 5 % of the available authorised capital excluding the buying option had already been utilised by the direct participation of Meiko Electronics Co. Ltd. in Schweizer Electronic AG. The company plans to use the financial means generated by this increase in capital to finance investments in new technologies.
