The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. =-------------------------------------------------------------------------- On September 21, 2010 Schweizer Electronic AG signed a share purchase agreement with Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., Japan. By this share purchase agreement Schweizer Electronic AG sells to Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., 180,000 own shares of Schweizer Electronic AG which had been purchased in accordance with the resolution passed by the shareholders' meeting on June 27, 2008. The share purchase agreement provides that these shares are sold to Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., at a price of EUR 26.249 per share. At the same time Schweizer Electronic AG concluded an agreement with Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., according to which Schweizer Electronic AG purchases 313,600 shares of Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., at a price of JPY 1,688 per share.
