Herr Hans Autenrieth, handelnd im eigenen Namen und als einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH, hat uns am 16. Oktober 2007 gem. § 21 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpHG Folgendes mitgeteilt: Erstmeldungen nach § 21 Abs. 1a WpHG 1. Der Stimmrechtsanteil der Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH, Johannes-Schmid-Straße 8, D-89143 Blaubeuren, an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG hat zum Zeitpunkt der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien der centrotherm photovoltaics AG zum Handel an einem organisierten Markt am 11. Oktober 2007 15,00% (entspricht 2.400.000 Stimmrechten) betragen. Davon hielt die Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH unmittelbar 13,31% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 2.130.000 Stimmrechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG. Darüber hinaus wurden der Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 WpHG 1,69% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 270.000 Stimmrechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG zugerechnet. Die Zurechnung erfolgte aufgrund einer Treuhandvereinbarung, wonach die Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH das wirtschaftliche Risiko aus diesen von der Citigroup Global Markets Limi-ted gehaltenen Aktien trägt. 2. Der Stimmrechtsanteil von Herrn Hans Autenrieth, Frauenbergstraße 22/1, D-89143 Blaubeuren-Gerhausen, an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG hat zum Zeitpunkt der erstmaligen Zulassung der Aktien der centrotherm photovoltaics AG zum Handel an einem organisierten Markt am 11. Oktober 2007 15,00% (entspricht 2.400.000 Stimmrechten) betragen. Herr Hans Autenrieth hielt zu diesem Zeitpunkt unmittelbar keine Stimmrechte an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG. Allerdings wurden ihm gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG 13,31% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 2.130.000 Stimmrechten) des von ihm beherrschten Tochterunternehmens Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH zugerechnet, sowie gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 i.V.m. S. 2 WpHG 1,69% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 270.000 Stimmrechten) aus den von der Citigroup Global Markets Limited gehaltenen Aktien. Der Stimmrechtsanteil der Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH, Johannes-Schmid-Straße 8, D-89143 Blaubeuren, an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG ist am 16. Oktober 2007, dem Abrechnungstag aus der Platzierung von Aktien im Rahmen des Börsengangs, auf 13,31% (entspricht 2.130.000 Stimmrechten) gesunken und hat damit die Schwelle von 15% unterschritten. Die Autenrieth Beteiligungs GmbH hielt zu diesem Zeitpunkt unmittelbar 13,31% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 2.130.000 Stimmrechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG. 2. Der Stimmrechtsanteil von Herrn Hans Autenrieth, Frauenbergstraße 22/1, D-89143 Blau-beuren-Gerhausen, an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG ist am 16. Oktober 2007, dem Abrechnungstag aus der Platzierung von Aktien im Rahmen des Börsengangs, auf 13,31% (entspricht 2.130.000 Stimmrechten) gesunken und hat damit die Schwelle von 15% unterschritten. Davon hielt die Hartung Beteiligungs GmbH unmittelbar 52,86% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 8.457.901 Stimmrechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG. Darüber hinaus wurden der Hartung Beteiligungs GmbH gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 WpHG 6,75% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 1.080.000 Stimmrechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG zugerechnet. Die Zurechnung erfolgte aufgrund einer Treuhandvereinbarung, wonach die Hartung Beteiligungs GmbH das wirtschaftliche Risiko aus diesen von der Citigroup Global Markets Limi-ted gehaltenen Aktien trägt. 2. Der Stimmrechtsanteil von Herrn Rolf Hans Hartung, Wennender Steigweg 8, D-89143 Blaubeuren, an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG hat zum Zeitpunkt der erstmaligen Zulas-sung der Aktien der centrotherm photovoltaics AG zum Handel an einem organisierten Markt am 11. Oktober 2007 59,88% (entspricht 9.581.370 Stimmrechten) betragen. Davon hielt Herr Rolf Hans Hartung unmittelbar 0,27% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 43.469 Stimm-rechten) an der centrotherm photovoltaics AG. Darüber hinaus wurden ihm gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG 52,86% der Stimmrechte (entspricht 8.457.901 Stimmrechten) des von ihm beherrschten Tochterunternehmens Hartung Beteiligungs GmbH zugerechnet sowie gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 i.V.m.
