With Christoph Koeppen (CEO) and Stefan Müller (COO), two further experts in the industry have joined the Executive Board. Within the SYSTAIC Group, Enerparc is to cover the growing area of the construction of solar power plants. Christoph Koeppen (36), MBA & degreed engineer, has been working in the solar industry for ten years, initially as a project manager for BP Solar, then as a project sales manager for the German-speaking area, and finally for Central Europe. In this capacity, he negotiated framework contracts for large solar projects and ensured their implementation. In 2004 and 2005, he managed the global project development for photovoltaics at Voltwerk AG. In the following year, Christoph Koeppen was appointed General Manager at SunTechnics where his business division, comprising 500 employees, achieved about EUR 300m in sales. In 2008, he changed to Conergy AG as Director Global Large Projects. In this position, Koeppen supervised the worldwide construction of large solar power plants, comprising an overall volume of more than 100 MWp. At Enerparc AG, he will from now on assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Stefan Müller (41), degreed engineer, has been working in the solar industry for 15 years. In 1997, he began his career at BP Solar where he assumed the management of the sales office for Central Europe after some years. In 2001, Stefan Müller changed to TATA BP Solar in India where he built up an international back office team. Two years later, he was appointed Project Delivery Manager in the European Management of the company. His responsibilities included the implementation and design of large power plants at a value of EUR 200m. In 2005, he changed to the Conergy Group where his area of responsibility as Managing Director Singapore comprised, among other things, the full subject range of renewable energies in Asia. He was appointed COO in March 2009. The CFO of Enerparc AG, Frank Müllejans (43), MBA, has extensive experience in the areas of auditing, management consultancy, mergers & acquisitions as well as structured financing. He brings eight years of expertise in the solar industry to the job. In 2002, Frank Müllejans was appointed CFO at ersol Solar Energy AG. He was significantly involved in organizing the successful IPO of the company in September 2005 as well as ensuring its further financing until the end of 2006. From 2007, he was supervising technology companies in the area of seed and growth financing. Furthermore, a new key position was filled with André Sandvoss (30) who has been appointed Head of Global Purchasing of Enerparc AG and systaic AG. In his last position, Sandvoss worked in Hamburg and Shanghai where he was responsible for the area of procurement of solar modules in Asia. With more than four years experience in the photovoltaic market as well as excellent contacts to all essential suppliers, André Sandvoss is the ideal candidate to manage the purchase division of the rapidly growing order pipeline at the corporation. Enerparc AG, the subsidiary specialized in large power plants from 10 MW, is currently beginning to implement the biggest solar power plant in the world in Sardinia. www.enerparc.com www.systaic.com Contact: systaic AG Achim Zolke (Head of PR) Kasernenstraße 27 40213 Düsseldorf Germany Phone: 0049-211-828559-0 Fax: 0049-211-828559-29 a.zolke@systaic.com www.systaic.com 17.03.2009 Financial News transmitted by DGAP =-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Language: English Issuer: systaic AG Kasernenstr. 27 40213 Düsseldorf Deutschland Phone: +49 (0)211 828559-0 Fax: +49 (0)211 828559-29 E-mail: mail@systaic.com Internet: http://www.systaic.com ISIN: DE000A0JKYP6 WKN: A0JKYP Listed: Regulierter Markt in Frankfurt (Prime Standard); Freiverkehr in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart End of News DGAP News-Service =--------------------------------------------------------------------------
