Chief Financial Officer Lutz Coelen will be leaving MOBOTIX AG effective 31st December 2012 due to personal reasons and in total mutual agreement with the Board of Directors and the Management Board of MOBOTIX AG in order to seek new professional challenges. During the last seven years, Mr. Coelen has prepared and fulfilled his duties extremely successfully including the IPO and segment change of MOBOTIX AG into Prime Standard. In addition, he was also leading the MOBOTIX AG Sales Departement on interim basis. The Board of Directors and the Management Board thank Mr. Coelen for his many years of dedicated work. The management of the Finance Department will be followed until further notice by Dr. Ralf Hinkel, CEO of MOBOTIX AG. Interviews with potential successors are in progress already.
