December 6, 2007 - Yesterday evening, Deutsche Börse announced that centrotherm
photovoltaics AG is admitted to the TecDAX index under the "fast-entry " rule.
The admission will become effective as of December 27, 2007.
The TecDAX is the leading index of the 30 largest German technology stocks, that
rank below those included in the DAX index and that are listed in the Prime
Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Criteria for admittance to the TecDAX
include the market capitalization of the free float and the trading volume of
the shares.
"We are delighted to be able to set a further milestone in centrotherm
photovoltaics´ history, after having a successful stock market debut", said
Robert Hartung, CEO of centrotherm photovoltaics AG. "Our share will become even
more attractive due to the inclusion in the index. We will continue to grow
steadily our operating business in the future."
centrotherm photovoltaics published its results for the third quarter and first
nine months 2007 on November 29, 2007, and released a large order in the solar
silicon business.
