MOBOTIX AG (ISIN DE0005218309), a system provider of high-resolution and network-based video security systems, announces the Group's financial results (IFRS) for the fiscal year 2011/12 (October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012). Both revenue and EBIT further increased compared to the prior year. Total revenue increased by around 12% to EUR81.6 million (prior year: EUR73.2 million) compared to the last full fiscal year (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011). EBITDA reached EUR23.1 million, which resulted in an EBITDA margin of almost 28%. EBIT climbed to EUR19.5 million (prior year: EUR19.2 million), resulting in an EBIT margin at around 23% for the Group. Profit for the period (after taxes) amounted to EUR13.7 million. As a result, earnings per share improved by around 4% to EUR1.04 (prior year: EUR1.00).
